What type of proof is acceptable in the Dispute Resolution Process?

The following types of proofs will be acceptable in the Dispute Resolution Process:-

• Photo of official delivery receipt
  • Please ensure the buyer/seller signs accordingly
• Photo of official delivery note
  • Please ensure the buyer/seller signs accordingly
• Screenshots confirming delivery / receipt
  • Only concrete screenshots e.g. receipts / confirmations will be accepted

The buyer and seller will be required to upload this proof in image format (PNG, JPG). You can upload upto 5 files.
